Wirt D. Walker, III
Chairman

Eigerhawk, Ltd. was founded by Wirt D. Walker, III.  Mr. Walker is also co-founder and Chairman of Ecohawk Tech Services Inc. which was established to create a large scale specialized services and solutions company through selective mergers, acquisitions and investments in partnership with company owners and management teams.  

Previously, Mr. Walker co-founded and was a Director and the Managing Director of KuwAm Corporation, a private international business and investment firm which developed and brokered international business transactions, engaged in special situation investment, provided capital, corporate finance and investment banking services to companies, and established, funded and managed two private investment partnerships comprised of investment partners from the United States, Europe and the Middle East.  Mr. Walker and his partners have invested in more than 30 privately held and publicly traded companies as minority, majority, passive, and active investors. 

He led and was directly involved in the development and consummation of corporate restructurings and financings that resulted in the creation of significant shareholder and enterprise value, and he has served as a director of numerous privately held and publicly traded companies.  Mr. Walker graduated from L.A.S., an international boarding school in Switzerland, and earned an AB degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College.  He is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying gliders/sailplanes, skiing, tennis, and travel.
 
Peter H. B. Lejeune
Director
 
Mr. Lejeune has more than three decades of experience in the private and public sectors.  His experience in the private sector includes providing strategic, operational, and technology consulting and advisory services to Tier One defense contractors Lockheed Martin Corporation and L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc. as well as several smaller and early stage companies.  Mr. Lejeune has served in executive management positions at Strategic Analysis, Inc. as its Executive Vice President, National Security and Intelligence, prior to which he served as Vice President, Strategic Programs/Combating Terrorism - Applied Technology Sector of L-3 Communications; Vice President, Special Programs of Titan Corporation; and Vice President, Global Crisis Management of JP Morgan & Co.  Mr. Lejeune has also worked directly wtih various government agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and intelligence communities.  Additionally, he is a Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies.  Mr. Lejeune holds U.S. classified security clearances.  He graduated from the University of Nottingham (England, United Kingdom).
 
Timothy E. Richey
Director

Mr. Richey has worked on some of corporate America's most difficult and challenging situations, including most recently as an independent consultant to JP Morgan Chase & Co. and previously to Fannie Mae developing strategies to process and deal with non-performing assets.  He has held positions at the private equity firm of Cerberus Capital Management including as a financial advisor to ResCap, the residential mortgage division of GMAC.  Prior to his work for Cerberus, Mr. Richey played a leadership role in the rebuilding of accounting process and internal controls of MCI/WorldCom and Navistar and the restructuring of Latin American farming operations for Chiquita Brands International.  Mr. Richey holds a BS in Political Science (International Political Economics) from Pitzer College, an MBA from Willamette University (Operations Management), and an MIM (Master of International Management) from Thunderbird School of Global Management (Finance and Latin America).
 
Aharon Zer
Director

Mr. Zer is the President of Financial and Capital Services, Inc., a company engaged in private investment activities and in assisting companies with corporate development strategies and initiatives including advice and assistance in securing investment capital, financings, and merger and acquisition opportunities. Previously, Mr. Zer managed the United States investment activities for an international private business, investment, and trading company. Mr. Zer was responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and consummation of transactions and their subsequent management and overview. During his career, Mr. Zer has served as a senior economist with a foreign bank and was responsible for evaluating industrial projects. He has also served as a director of numerous publicly traded and privately held banks and industrial companies. Mr. Zer earned a MA degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a BA degree in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Dennis Cotto
Director

Dennis Cotto is a Principal of Bet on Gaming Holdings, LLC, a successful minority owned operator, investor and strategic access partner throughout the United States in the brick and mortar wagering, online sports betting and gaming industry.  Mr. Cotto is also Principal of The Argos Groups, LLC, Fahrenheit Capital Advisors, LLC, and Absolute Hospitality, LLC, specializing in finance and real estate development of office, multifamily and hospitality sectors.  Projects include the development of a Cambria Suites hotel in Washington, DC as part of a $325 million mixed use project, The Monrose luxury condominium in Georgetown, Washington, DC, and 2100 L Street, NW, a 10 story 190,000 square foot trophy project located in Washington, DC Central Business District.  Mr. Cotto and other Principals of Absolute Hospitality, LLC, have also developed and operated over 17 hotels in the Greater Washington area including the St James, St Gregory and Beacon hotels.

Prior to these endeavors, Mr. Cotto founded and served as Chairman of Real Estate Technical Advisors, Inc. (RETA), a full service real estate consulting firm serving institutional and government clientele in the North and Mid-Atlantic states.  Prior to RETA, Mr. Cotto co-founded Legal Outreach, Inc., an educational not for profit organization with accredited clinical programs at New York University and Columbia University Law Schools.

Mr. Cotto holds a Bachelor Degree from Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.  

Egils Milbergs

Egils Milbergs is founder and CEO of the Center for Accelerating Innovation and co-founder of PureBlue, a Seattle based industry cluster initiative focused on developing innovative clean water solutions for the world. Noteworthy highlights in Mr. Milbergs's career include:
  • Executive Director of the Washington Economic Development Commission.
  • Originator of the innovation ecosystem concept as the policy framework for the National Innovation Initiative of the Council on Competitiveness.
  • President of the National Council for Advanced Manufacturing.
  • President of the non-partisan Institute for Illinois.
  • Strategic advisor for launching Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology.
  • Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Department of Commerce for productivity, technology and innovation.
  • Executive Director of the President's Commission on Industrial Competitiveness (Young Commission) which produced the landmark report: Global Competition -- The New Reality.
  • Futurist and research director at SRI International (Stanford Research Institute).
  • Staff for the President's Advisory Council on Executive Organization and program analyst at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
Mr. Milbergs earned an AB degree in economics from Harvard University.

Harry E. Hagerty, Jr.
Advisor

Mr. Hagerty is the founder and Chairman/CEO of ResveratrolCR, Inc. which provides direct to consumer, e-commerce marketing of health, wellness and longevity solutions.  During his career, he has been involved with a variety of companies in various capacities including investment and investment banking, funding, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and serving on the boards of directors as well as serving as a C level executive. This experience includes: Mr. Hagerty was a co-founder of DSC Communication (Digital Switch) and was instrumental in its funding and IPO, after which it traded on the New York Stock Exchange and was later acquired by Alcatel Alsthom SA for $4.4 billion.  Mr. Hagerty was involved in the early funding of Discovery, Inc., an American mass media company founded by John Hendricks which had a successful IPO and is currently traded on NASDAQ.  

Mr. Hagerty was instrumental in the formation and IPO of CC Air which was created when Sunbird Airlines was renamed and operated as Piedmont Commuter / USAir Express.  He was also instrumental in the formation, funding, management, and IPO of Globalink, Inc., a machine language translation company that was eventually acquired by a European technology holding company.  Mr. Hagerty graduated from the USMA West Point and served as an Airborne Ranger in the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division.  He was decorated as a Combat Infantryman in Vietnam by the Military Advisory Command and honorably discharged as Captain.

Joel Ratner
Advisor

Mr. Ratner is an experienced C-level executive with more than 30 years of Audio Visual & Information Technology (AVIT) experience in communications technology, broadcast technology, media production, hybrid digital network technology, RF, and autonomous aerial systems. 

In 1995, Mr. Ratner founded and served as CEO of InterMedia Development Corporation.  The company produced TV documentary and news programs, and media projects for Discovery Channel, US Air Force, Navy Memorial, Admiralty Productions, and various arts organizations.   

By 1997, the company had expanded into the DOD space, during which time Mr. Ratner served as a strategic consultant to the USAF and directed classified engineering and integration projects for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), US Central Command (USCENTCOM) and other DOD agencies. InterMedia also developed the official US Navy Mobile App for Navy CHINFO and provided R&D and program support for NASA, Lockheed Martin, L-3/Titan, BAE Systems, and ManTech. 

Mr. Ratner also subsequently founded and served as CTO of AERO Corporation and AeroCorp  Technologies Inc., where Mr. Ratner led the innovation team in developing advanced technology application solutions for NASA and developed partnerships within the commercial drone industry.  Mr. Ratner has consulted with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and the FAA regarding integration of commercial drone flight operations.  He is a licensed FAA-certified UAV commercial drone pilot and subject matter expert in autonomous technologies. 

Mr. Ratner is an independent technology consultant and also manages a real estate investment partnership and serves as a Director of the Melnick Foundation which provides grants and support for innovators in the arts and sciences.
